Accounts Payable Clerk

Supporting the firm's financial operations, the full-time Accounts Payable Clerk will process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and credit card transactions while maintaining accurate records in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Obtain W-9s for new vendor setup and ensure compliance with client and internal guidelines for invoice handling Review and process employee expense reports and firm credit card transactions, reconciling statements as needed Respond to inquiries regarding invoices and payments while reviewing vendor statements to ensure all invoices are recorded Required qualifications: 3 years of related accounting experience in a mid to large company Experience with Law Firm and Aderant software is a plus Strong organizational and follow-through skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
