About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Design and Construction to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project management, supporting predevelopment activities, and overseeing the execution of development projects from start to finish. This includes budgeting, managing project costs, obtaining permits and approvals, and coordinating with various stakeholders such as contractors, consultants, and city officials. The role also involves post-development activities, managing project teams, and supporting the leasing team. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 6 years of commercial development management experience, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Design and Construction position at the company should have a background in architecture, engineering, construction management, business, or a related field. The role requires a candidate with a self-motivated and action-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
