Assess the spiritual needs of our community—including staff and families—and document these care journeys to ensure a holistic approach to healing and well-being. Guide families and medical teams through complex ethical decisions, offering a values-based perspective that brings clarity and peace to difficult healthcare choices. Lead the development and delivery of spiritual programs, prayers, and blessings that weave a sense of sacredness and community support into the daily life of the local ministry. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred.

1. unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required.
2. units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.

Work Experience: 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
