Floor Tech Lead - Full Time

Benefits: Paid training Paid time off Signing bonus 401(k) The Floor Care Specialist will perform specialized cleaning and maintenance services on a variety of flooring surfaces in commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis area. Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of proper floor care procedures, equipment operation, and industry best practices. Required Experience Candidates should have experience with: Carpet cleaning and extraction Carpet spotting and stain removal Hard floor scrubbing and refinishing Stripping and waxing/VCT floor maintenance Burnishing, buffing, and polishing Floor care equipment operation and maintenance Proper chemical usage and safety procedures Qualifications Previous floor care experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
