Top Skills High School Diploma required Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, TA Specialist, TA Coordinator or recent college graduate are a plus. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Spanish, Portuguese or French speaking and writing skills is a plus but not required 1 years of HR Admin/Support Experience, with experience in Talent Acquisition preferred Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; experience with Workday ATS and scheduling experience preferred Understanding of US visas (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, etc.) specifically around compliance and tracking of cases.
