This role starts with an onboarding period at the company's Houston, Texas office before relocating to the project site.ScheduleField rotation schedule based at the Alamogordo, NM project site following onboarding in Houston, TX. Per diem is provided during on-site rotations.Compensation$130,000 to $140,000 per year, plus a per diem of $120 per day during site rotations and a company truck provided for work-related use once on site.What You'll DoThe Electrical Superintendent will supervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities in the field, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications. This includes managing subcontractors and crews performing electrical installation, coordinating closely with project management, QA/QC, and safety teams, and tracking progress while resolving field issues as they arise.
