Asistente de Cobros y Servicio al Cliente Aplicar Tiempo completo Metropolitan Linen Services está buscando un Asistente Administrativo, de Cobros y Servicio al Cliente confiable para apoyar a nuestros equipos de Contabilidad, Operaciones y Servicio al Cliente. Este rol es ideal para alguien con experiencia práctica en asistir a clientes, manejar consultas de facturación y dar seguimiento a saldos pendientes. Calificaciones Más de 2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente, cobros, facturación o administración de oficina. Confortable al hablar con los clientes por teléfono y correo electrónico sobre preguntas de facturación y saldos de cuentas. Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle Profesional, confiable y capaz de realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de oficina dinámico. Bilingüe inglés/español es un plus. Asistir a los clientes con preguntas sobre facturación, solicitudes de facturas y consultas de pago. Hacer seguimiento de las cuentas vencidas por teléfono y correo electrónico de manera profesional y amigable con el cliente. Documentar las interacciones con los clientes y actualizar las notas de la cuenta. Mantener rastreadores de colecciones y apoyar la elaboración de informes. Coordinar con los equipos internos (Contabilidad, Servicio al Cliente, Operaciones) para resolver problemas de cuentas.
