Heritage Imaging is a leading provider of mobile and in-house diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Echocardiography, Mammo, Staffing and Equipment Service) serving 18 states and growing. Heritage Imaging has been providing imaging services across these states for 48+ years serving 280+ healthcare partners. Our team partners with medical facilities that are in need of short and long-term imaging equipment and technologists. In 2024, Heritage Imaging acquired Front Range Mobile Imaging (Cheyenne, WY) and Shared Medical Technology (Rice Lake, WI); in 2026 Heritage acquired Medical Outsourcing Solutions (IL) expanding our fleet and footprint in serving customer across the Northern United States.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to expand our client base and drive business growth.

Position Summary:

The Lead Generation Specialist at Heritage Imaging will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads within our target markets. This role involves utilizing a combination of targeted outreach, digital marketing strategies, and networking to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. In this role you will be targeting and building relationships with: Radiology Imaging Directors/Managers, Ancillary Service/Contract Managers, COOs, CEOs and more. You will play a crucial role in fueling the sales pipeline by generating a consistent flow of qualified leads, contributing to the continued success of Heritage Imaging. This role will be successfully done at our Spokane office, potential for some hybrid work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Identification and Generation:
  • Utilize online resources, industry publications, databases and CRM (SalesForce) to identify potential leads and gather relevant information about customers.
  • Focus 100% of your time on turning leads in to qualified opportunities to turn over to the VP of Business Development, Presidents and/or Sales Team to move towards a signed contract.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including:
    • Targeted outreach through phone, email, social media and reference selling.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for lead generation.
• Lead Qualification and Management:
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, including needs and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in our CRM system (SalesForce).
  • Nurture leads through targeted communication and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging lead generation technologies.
  • Continuously improve lead generation processes and strategies.
  • Successfully hit or exceed weekly outreach expectations.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Manager (Sr. Lead Generation Specialist), the Sales Team, Operations Partners and VP of Business Development to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve messaging and lead generation success.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 6 months + experience in lead generation, sales, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using SalesForce (CRM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Optimistically curious.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $28.50 to 31.25/hour + uncapped bonus opportunity

Schedule: 8 Hour Day Shift, no weekends

Location: Spokane Office with potential to work remotely 1 -2 days/week

Travel: Limited travel
