The annual base salary range for this position is $251,000 to $342,000. However, this is just the beginning of your earning potential. Additional lucrative earnings: Production compensation: You have the opportunity to earn additional income through our generous production-based compensation model, with no negative accrual. This means your earning potential can significantly exceed your base salary. Hiring incentives: Sign-on bonus: Receive a substantial sign-on bonus as part of your employment offer.
