Job Coach

Hope Services is seeking a Job Coach for Project Search to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment in healthcare and community settings. In this role, you will provide on-the-job coaching, workplace skills training, and individualized support to participants in internship and job sites, helping them build independence and confidence. You will collaborate closely with employers, supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop person-centered employment plans, monitor progress, and address barriers to success. Responsibilities include teaching work readiness and social skills, modeling professional behavior, documenting outcomes, and advocating for inclusive work environments.
