Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Financial Controller. This position is based in the Phoenix, AZ area. Multi-site Medicare home health and/or hospice experience is preferred. Healthcare accounting and financial leadership experience are a must. We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven leader with a for profit background. This role is onsite. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply! Controller Job Requirements

• Healthcare accounting and financial leadership experience.

• Medicare Home Health knowledge is preferred.

• CPA or Financial Bachelors Degree preferred.

• Start-up and M&A experience are a plus.

Controller Job Responsibilities

• Oversite of day-to-day operations of the accounting/finance department.

• Develop, monitor, and interpret data and KPIs for financial reporting.

• Collaborate with senior leadership.

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Our client does offer a competitive compensation package potentially including incentives, health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans (401K), and opportunities for professional development.
