MED/SURG RN | Nights | Up to $30K Sign-On Bonus

I’m partnering with a well-established, community-based health system in Nebraska that is known for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care and being a major employer in the region. They’re currently looking to add experienced Med/Surg nurses to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who values a supportive environment, strong leadership, and clear growth paths within acute care.

Position Details:

• Unit: Medical Surgical (24 beds)
• Schedule: Nights, 3x12s
• Patient Population: Med/Surg level patients
• Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay range: $38–$57/hr (depends on experience)
• Night shift differential: +15%
• Evening and weekend differentials available
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $30,000 (paid out over time)

What to Expect:
This Med/Surg unit is part of a combined service line under one leadership team, which creates strong collaboration and internal growth opportunities. While you’ll be hired directly into Med/Surg, this structure has been a great pathway for nurses looking to expand their skill set or transition into higher acuity roles over time as they have a built in ICU team on the same floor.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of recent acute care experience
• ADN or BSN required
• ACLS required (or obtained shortly after hire)
• BLS required within 3 months

They’re also open to nurses from other Med/Surg settings or LTC backgrounds who are looking to continue building their acute care experience.
