Our organization , a multi-specialty private practice recognized with the highest 5-star rating for patient care in the State of Oregon, is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician to become part of our growing team.

Located in one of Oregon's hidden mountain gems, you will join a skilled pediatrician and a pediatric nurse practitioner within a group of 13 providers.

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week totaling 32 hours, with no weekend shifts required.
• Compensation: A guaranteed base salary of $250,000 for the first year.
• Partnership Opportunity: A one-year pathway to partnership with significant earning potential.
• Practice Focus: Outpatient care, with an average patient load of 20 per day.
• Call Responsibilities: No mandatory call; however, there is an option for 1:7 inpatient call for an additional $39,000 annually.
