Director of Software Engineering

Leading multiple teams of software, data, and platform engineers, the full-time salaried Director of Software Engineering will focus on building advanced data infrastructure and analytics solutions while collaborating with product managers and data scientists in a remote-eligible role. Key responsibilities Manage and grow teams to foster a culture of innovation and technical development Design and implement scalable backend solutions, integrating custom data pipelines with existing platforms Collaborate across engineering organizations to optimize system throughput and accelerate the delivery of intelligent capabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree At least 7 years of experience in software engineering At least 5 years of experience in people management Experience with cloud platforms and data technologies such as Python, SQL, and AWS Strong background in Agile practices
