Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Fabricator and Machine Assembler for an industrial manufacturing company in Waterville, OH. As a Fabricator and Machine Assembler, you will be an essential part of our client’s operations, assembling, installing, and maintaining industrial equipment to meet quality and safety standards. The Fabricator and Machine Assembler is responsible for mechanical assembly, fabrication, piping, electrical wiring, equipment installation, and assisting with field service projects.

Monday- Friday 1st shift Responsibilities of the Fabricator and Machine Assembler:

• Assemble and fabricate equipment using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and piping drawings.
• Perform basic welding, electrical wiring, and piping installation.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Assist with equipment installations and repairs at customer sites.
• Train and support less experienced team members as needed.

Required Qualifications of the Fabricator and Machine Assembler:

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic welding, electrical, and mechanical skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
