PRN Mobile Phlebotomist / Examiner Field-Based (Travel Required) | Flexible / Dynamic Are you a phlebotomist looking for a dynamic role that takes you out of the lab and into the community? ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, is seeking a dedicated and professional Mobile Examiner to join our team. In this independent and flexible role, you will be the face of our company, providing top‑notch care and diagnostic services to clients at our center and on the go. What You’ll Do: Provide Hands‑On Care: Conduct exams at individual’s homes or workplaces. You’ll take basic vitals, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable. Manage Specimens with Precision: Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport. Be a Mobile Ambassador: Travel locally to meet clients where they are, ensuring a flexible schedule while delivering top‑tier customer service. Stay Tech‑Connected: Utilize company technology to confirm appointments, track case status, and upload completed exams to our portal within 24–48 hours. Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist with inventory, maintain a clean workspace, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members. Qualifications & Skills: To thrive in this role, you should be detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and value compliance, adaptability, independence, and customer satisfaction. Required Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification, based on state requirements. Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws. Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine collection, and EKG administration. Must have internet access, computer, and printer. Because this is a mobile role, flexibility and mobility are key components to your success. Transportation: Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience. Motor vehicle record with no more than 2 moving‑violation convictions within the previous 36 months, with none in the most recent 12 months.
