Location: Honolulu, HI 96813

Salary: Up to $60K

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (flex hours available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit government invoices into WAWF
• Track and manage the status of submitted invoices
• Communicate with government contract personnel to resolve invoice issues
• Ensure compliance with WAWF requirements and government regulations
• Process bills, follow up on aging A/R, and provide status summaries to management
• Oversee A/P processes, including invoice approval and payment processing
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or a minimum of 3 years of A/R, or A/P experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently with provided guidance
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
