What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system performance and repair options Recommend equipment upgrades or improvements when appropriate Maintain safety standards and quality workmanship on every job Support less-experienced technicians through coaching and hands-on guidance Complete service calls efficiently while delivering excellent customer service What We Offer Take-home company vehicle and fuel card Dispatch directly from home Service area focused locally to reduce drive time Paid time off and paid holidays Company-sponsored health insurance benefits Company-matched Simple IRA retirement plan Performance bonuses and SPIFF opportunities Ongoing technical training and professional development Supportive team environment where your contributions are recognized and appreciated Qualifications Required: 3–5 years of HVAC service experience in residential and/or commercial environments Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record At least 21 years of age Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and follow established safety procedures Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions Preferred: EPA Universal Certification NATE Certification Previous experience training or mentoring technicians High school diploma or equivalent Why Southern Air Pros?
