To facilitate the authorization process for ABA services, the part-time hourly ABA Authorization Specialist will manage client documentation, liaise with insurance providers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Managing client documentation and authorization requests for ABA services Liaising with insurance providers to secure necessary approvals Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Required qualifications Experience in healthcare authorization processes, preferably in behavioral health Knowledge of ABA services and related insurance requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
