Job Description

Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Las Vegas – HIGH SUPPORT ENVIRONMENT

⚠️ ACTIVE RBT CERTIFICATION (BACB) REQUIRED – This is not a training role

Tired of working at places where:

• You’re left on your own during sessions
• BCBA support is minimal or hard to access
• Schedules are inconsistent
• Or you don’t feel like part of a real team?

At Adaptive Minds ABA , we’ve built something different.

We prioritize strong clinical support, a positive team environment, and leadership that actually shows up for you — so you can focus on doing great work without burnout.

• Real BCBA support – accessible, responsive, and involved (not just on paper)
• Strong team culture – people help each other, not compete with each other
• Consistent schedules – reliable hours you can count on
• Leadership that listens – your feedback actually leads to change
• Above-average pay – we offer competitive rates compared to other Las Vegas ABA providers

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete notes
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

• Active RBT certification (BACB)
• Active NVABA registration (or soon to be active)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to pass background screening

✨ If you’re a certified RBT looking for a place where you’re supported, respected, and set up to succeed — this is it.
