Picasso Restaurant Group is looking for a dependable Kitchen Prep team member to help us deliver fresh, high-quality food to our guests. If you're organized, hardworking, and enjoy being part of a team, this is a great opportunity for you.

Position: Kitchen Prep

Location: Dominos Farm building Ann Arbor, MI

Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for daily menu items
Assist cooks and other team members with food prep and setup
Label, store, and rotate ingredients properly
Maintain a clean and organized prep area
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
