Description

• Assess patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, designing personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs
• Administer therapeutic interventions that enhance mobility, strength, stability, and functional capacity
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a closely related degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
