As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Manager with experience in both service operations and sales to join our team.Position Overview: The HVAC Service Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our HVAC service department while also driving sales and revenue growth through service contracts, maintenance agreements, and equipment sales. This position requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components, as well as proven sales skills and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians, overseeing service operations, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including service technicians, dispatchers, and administrative staff.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through service contracts, maintenance agreements, and equipment sales.Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the customer base.Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales proposals and presentations for prospective clients.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of service calls to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians, including troubleshooting complex issues and recommending solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service operations, with a proven track record of success in HVAC service sales.EPA certified and strong focus on continued education highly preferred.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and HVAC service management software.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Benefits: Competitive earnings commensurate with experience.
