Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Part-Time Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico Job Type: Part-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services within long-term care facilities throughout the Santa Fe area. Key Responsibilities Clinical Services Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services to long-term care residents. Conduct psychosocial assessments, screenings, and clinical evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Support residents experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, adjustment disorders, behavioral concerns, and other mental health conditions. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of older adults. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation teams, social services, and facility leadership. Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary case reviews. Promote positive behavioral health outcomes through coordinated care and communication. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Protect resident confidentiality and uphold behavioral health best practices. Facility Partnership Build strong professional relationships with facility staff and leadership. Serve as a behavioral health resource to support resident well-being and quality of life. Schedule & Flexibility Part-time hours with flexible weekday scheduling. Preferred Experience working with geriatric populations. Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, behavioral health, or post-acute care settings.
