Project Manager - Wastewater Collection, Conveyance

Create, innovate, and design long-lasting improvements for communities Manage the full lifecycle of wastewater collection and conveyance projects Lead resiliency and condition assessments, including inflow and infiltration evaluations, rehabilitation planning, and design Oversee and evaluate CCTV inspection programs and incorporate findings into system improvement strategies Direct hydraulic modeling, capacity analyses, and system master planning efforts Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables Perform and review engineering analyses, designs, and technical reports Prepare and present proposals, technical memoranda, plans and specifications, and cost estimates Manage construction-phase services, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and field coordination Mentor and support junior engineering staff Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within 6 months 7+ years of experience in wastewater collection systems and conveyance design Demonstrated experience with sewer system hydraulics and modeling tools (e.g., SewerGEMS, SWMM) and pump station design Strong understanding of gravity sewer design, force main systems, and rehabilitation methods Experience with CIPP, pipe bursting, horizontal directional drilling, and microtunneling preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver on schedule and within budget Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position Successful criminal background check required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in wastewater collection systems, hydraulic modeling, and project management, with a strong focus on delivering innovative engineering solutions and maintaining client relationships.
