Requirements: Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a medical assistant that will be able to float to multiple locations including Boynton Beach, Pam Beach Gardens and Jupiter FL, for a Podiatry/Primary Care Medical Assistant. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting the provider with patient care, preparing medical records, and managing medical office tasks. Day-to-day tasks include taking patient histories, performing basic foot care procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.

Qualifications Open and willing to assist with Primary care and Podiatry care Wound Care, assisting with nail procedures, cast and splint care Rooming patients, vitals, collecting history, medication reconciliations, injections, blood draws, etc Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills Knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience with Medical Records management Proficiency in Medical Office tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Athena experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in Medical Assisting is a plus Previous experience in a podiatry or medical office setting is beneficial
