Community Bridges, Inc. Telehealth Registered Nurse The Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN carries out orders from the medical practitioner and immediately communicates any barriers to providing service to their supervisor and the attending medical practitioner. Qualifications Associates Degree from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 1‑3 years of health‑care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing RN licensure current and in good standing without restrictions. Valid identification.
