Responsibilities Store Leadership & Operations Lead all aspects of daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory control, product launches, and financial oversight. Create a collaborative, performance‑driven culture that prioritizes sales results and customer satisfaction. Drive store sales by promoting connectivity solutions and helping customers choose optimal mobile and internet packages. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas. Team Management & Development Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team. Provide feedback, foster accountability, and empower team members to exceed service and sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and support continuous learning. Work cross‑functionally with marketing to implement local campaigns and promotions. Represent the store in broader business initiatives and collaborate on performance and growth opportunities. Stay current with new product launches, service upgrades, and technology trends. Qualifications Experience Minimum 3 years in retail or customer service management, preferably in telecommunications or high‑volume sales. Prior experience leading a team and driving sales performance. Skills Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and planning abilities. Knowledge of mobile and internet connectivity services. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends preferred. Payment will be competitive based on experience and skills; the starting pay range for this position is $58,738.00–$96,499.00 per year.
