Training Specialist

TRAINING SPECIALIST - 2ND SHIFT We are seeking a Training Specialist to support employee development within a warehouse and logistics environment. This role is responsible for onboarding new hires, delivering operational and safety training, maintaining training records, and ensuring employees are prepared to perform their roles safely and effectively. Responsibilities Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding. Deliver safety, process, equipment, and forklift training. Maintain training records, certifications, and training matrices. Track employee training progress and compliance requirements. Develop and update training materials, job aids, and SOPs. Partner with Operations, HR, and Safety teams to identify training needs. Qualifications 2+ years of training/onboarding. Experience maintaining training documentation and records. Warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
