Project Executive (Residential +100M) - Miami & Fort Lauderdale

\nMore than 50 years history Development, Consultancy and Construction Company with projects all over Florida. Specialized in Luxury Developments, Residential, Mixed Use, Hospitality. Located in Miami with focus Florida region.
\n \nResponsibilities
\nReports to Executive VP in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.
\nManage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.
\nProcess Improvement / RFI / Change Management/ Document Control
\nParticipate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration
\nResponsible for all pay applications and change orders, etc
\nAttend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues
\nLuxury Developments +100M.
\n \nQualifications
\nB.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.
\n10-15 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Residential, Mixed Use, Luxury developments +100M.
\nTo be successful you need to be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor marke t.
\nOrganized, team management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role .
\nProcore, Bluebeam , or similar software's are important.
\n \nWhat you'll get in return
\nIn return, you will receive a package of up to $200,000 - 250,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
