Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Target earnings $90,000-$131,000 annually. Small caseloads of 6-8 clients. Low billable requirement - 27.5 hrs weekly. 24 potential work from home days. Responsibilities Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients. Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions. Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients. Supervise, support, and nurture RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care. Review session notes and data taken by the client's team to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes; empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements. Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours. Bonus Structure Once BCBA meets billable expectations per pay period they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work-from-home day in the next pay period. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Valid BCBA Certification. Applicable license to practice within Georgia. 1+ year of experience as a BCBA. Strong leadership skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
