Executive Assistant
Responsibilities Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to regional and corporate executives. This key role serves as a trusted partner to leadership by managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of executive offices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills, and is committed to supporting organizational excellence. Performs essential clerical duties. Attend and facilitate departmental and clinical meetings. Maintain files, manage contracts and communicate important messages on behalf of the executive team.

Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience: At least three (3) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health care setting. Additional Requirements: Must be able to type at least 60 w.p.m.; knowledge of medical terminology, and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs; shorthand experience desired.
