Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot and noisy; storage space is limited. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have effective verbal communication skills, adaptability, and conflict-management abilities.
