This role prioritizes and coordinates nursing interventions efficiently, ensuring the safe and effective use of time and resources while practicing within a standards?based care framework. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team, supports patient and family needs, and contributes to a positive, professional care environment.Qualifications:Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse License requiredAcademic Preparation: Degree from accredited academic nursing programMinimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hireBLSWe're all about well-being, starting with yours.
