Housekeeper PositionThe Home2 Suites located at the Four Corners in Bozeman, Montana is looking to add to our hospitality family! The 100-key hotel is located in the 'four corners' area of Bozeman. Join us on the road ahead and help us create exceptional experiences.As Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of guest rooms and public areas. You'll follow established processes to ensure rooms are properly prepared and maintained according to brand standards. This role is ideal for someone who brings Grit to every shift, works Stronger Together with the team, and takes pride in delivering service with Integrity.What You'll Do:Clean guest rooms and bathrooms: make beds, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock suppliesReplenish linens, amenities, and guest essentialsClean assigned public areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies, restrooms, meeting rooms)Stock housekeeping cart with approved cleaning products, linens, and guest suppliesReport maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the supervisor promptlyLog and turn in lost and found items following hotel policyFollow safety protocols and chemical handling guidelinesAttend pre-shift meetings to review assignments and daily updatesAssist with deep cleaning projects and turndown service as assignedComplete assigned tasks within allotted time per room (Minutes Per Room or MPR)Deliver friendly and respectful guest service throughout interactionsAdhere to all Resolute Road Hospitality policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Familiarity with housekeeping tools, cleaning products, and safe handling proceduresAttention to detail and pride in delivering high quality workAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyTeam oriented mindset with strong communication skillsPhysical ability to meet job demands (lifting, standing, bending, kneeling)Basic English comprehension preferred; bilingual skills are a plusAble to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesEducation & Experience:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious housekeeping or hospitality experience preferredConsistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality's standards are critical to success in this role.
