Regional Property Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Bilingual Regional Property Manager for a rapidly growing residential housing organization managing a portfolio of multifamily and affordable housing communities throughout Colorado’s mountain region. This is a hybrid leadership opportunity requiring regular travel between properties and communities, with flexibility to work remotely when not onsite. Position Overview The Regional Property Manager will oversee operations across a portfolio of residential housing communities while supporting onsite teams, resident experience initiatives, and property performance goals. This role requires a hands‑on and highly adaptable leader who can navigate fast‑paced environments, strengthen team culture, and drive operational consistency across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, thrives in the field, and brings a strong background in affordable housing and multi‑site property management. Perks Competitive compensation package offering $120,000–$125,000 base salary plus bonus incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match Hybrid work structure with flexibility between onsite property visits and remote administrative work Relocation assistance and potential housing support available for qualified candidates Opportunity to join a collaborative and growing organization where your leadership will have direct visibility and impact across the portfolio Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations and performance across multiple residential and affordable housing communities within an assigned region Lead, coach, and support onsite property management staff while fostering accountability, communication, and team development Monitor property operations including occupancy, resident relations, vendor management, compliance, maintenance coordination, and operational efficiency Manage budgets, reporting, forecasting, and financial performance while identifying opportunities for operational improvement and cost savings Conduct regular site visits to ensure strong property presentation, resident satisfaction, safety standards, and consistency across communities Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to support portfolio growth, operational initiatives, and overall community success Qualifications Experience overseeing multiple residential housing communities within a regional or multi‑site property management environment Affordable housing or LIHTC experience strongly preferred Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required Strong leadership, operational, and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment Compensation and Benefits This full‑time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $120,000–$125,000 annually plus bonus incentive eligibility.
