Associate Web Developer

Salary: $69,000 - 109,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience with .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET Core, and React, with a solid grasp of core concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Redux, or Angular.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL, and ORM tools such as Entity Framework.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Eagerness to use AI tools to improve productivity and solve problems.
• Ability to read and understand existing codebases, including those built with older technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework, as well as React.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement functionality, architecture, and system designs.
• Apply test-first approaches, including Test-Driven Development and Behavior-Driven Development.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code that follows industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, implementing fixes and enhancements as needed.
• Help improve development processes and tools.
• Participate in code reviews to support code quality and adherence to standards.
• Support and maintain legacy desktop, web, and mobile applications by troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and improving performance.
