Otolaryngologist opening in central WA

Seeking a BC/BE ENT Physician who values high quality care and work/life balance to join our team in the heart of Washington state!

• First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, with RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
• Join our team as one of five outstanding ENT physicians.
• Full-time position.
• Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position.
• A four-day or five-day schedule is available.
• ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday–Thursday block every five weeks).
• Consults at our local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program.
• One surgical day per week once the practice is established.
• Epic electronic medical record.
• Up to 11 weeks of time off.

Compensation/Benefits May Include:

• Guaranteed salary range: $488,208 - 516,424 based on candidate's qualifications
