INSIDE SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a high-energy, "hands-on" Inside Sales Support  to join our fast-paced bullpen office. This isn’t a typical desk job where you stay in one lane; you will be the glue that holds our order fulfillment, sales support, and administrative functions together.

You will be working directly with small business owners and supporting our field sales team. We need a leader who can navigate a Salesforce CRM one minute and help package ice cream samples the next. If you thrive in a collaborative, open environment where the owner is present and active in the daily workflow, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound correspondence via phone, Google Voice, and email, handling service inquiries and proactively contacting customers regarding behind-schedule bills and collections.

• Act as the primary point of contact for sales reps to fulfill their administrative needs while producing, packaging, and sending out product samples.

• Exercise maturity and leadership grit to delegate daily tasks across the team, ensuring operational continuity, accountability, and seamless task execution.

• Oversee precise order entry and track inventory levels with high accuracy using Salesforce and Google Workspace.

• Adapt flexibly to shifting daily priorities ("wearing multiple hats") to bridge administrative duties, sales logistics, and customer service operations.
