Food & Beverage Server

Server Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and effectively
• Clear tables and reset them for new guests when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with side work, such as rolling silverware, washing bar glasses, and cleaning tables
• Work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Maintain knowledge of the menu items and be able to easily identify each item
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays
• Valid food handler's, allergen, and alcohol permits or ability to obtain one
• Must be 18+
