As a CSR, you'll handle a high volume of calls and inquiries while providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring every customer interaction is professional, positive, and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly, professional, and respectful service to customers and team members
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, and service requests
• Maintain and update customer records in company systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues; escalate complex concerns as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
• Bilingual (Spanish/English ) preferred, but not required.
• Experience in waste management, utilities, or logistics is a plus
