Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Seneca

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Overview: We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a growing team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials.
• Prepare, package, and process outgoing orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or within a team.
