Product Administrator

Commissary / Vending / Chirping / Tablets GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Product Administrator is responsible for understanding and distributing inmate commissary and supporting vending machines at the designated Detention Centers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Stock vending machines located throughout facility. Maintain and control inventory for vending products. Distribute inmate commissary. Train other employees on areas of expertise, as needed.

YOU WILL BE WORKING IN DETENTION CENTERS.

KNOWLEDGE Basic computer skills and scanner usage. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma Experience: 0-1 year of progressive work experience (typically in Business) PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS Must be able to lift 50 pounds, withstand weather extremes, and maintain good working relationships with staff. Maintain security clearance with facilities you are assigned to. Exposure to inside and outside environmental conditions. Walking on cement floors on a regular basis Stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching on an occasional basis Reaching on a regular basis Talking/hearing on a frequent basis Seeing: the visual ability to perform an activity such as analyzing data and figures and viewing a computer terminal. Ability to use and learn proprietary software Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
