JOB TITLE: Operational Resilience PM / BA

LOCATION New York City

Work Schedule: Hybrid (5 days onsite per 10 business days)

Team Overview

·         The Americas Operational Resilience Department is responsible for strengthening the firms ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions. The team leads both strategic resilience initiatives and day-to-day resilience operations, including business continuity, disaster recovery, testing, crisis management, and regulatory compliance activities across the Americas region.

Job Description:

·         The Operational Resilience Integrated Testing PM/BA will lead strategic and regulatory initiatives related to Integrated Testing and Disaster Recovery, driving framework development, implementation, and adoption across the organization.

·         The role will support the broader Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery programs by coordinating stakeholders, managing key deliverables, and advancing program maturity and regulatory readiness.

Job responsibilities

·         Lead the planning and execution of testing, regulatory initiative, including requirements gathering, methodology development, documentation, roadmap creation, and stakeholder coordination.

·         Manage Disaster Recovery enhancement initiatives to support regulatory compliance and program maturity.

·         Roll-out Integrated Testing, Disaster Recovery procedures, and related governance documentation.

·         Create and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting.

·         Prepare business requirements, project documentation, presentations, and executive updates.

·         Coordinate with stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and support functions to ensure successful delivery.

Skill Required

·         Experience Industry Knowledge

·         5-7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or program delivery roles within the financial services industry.

·         Good knowledge of Disaster Recovery and continuity testing. Familiarity with Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and related regulatory requirements.

·         Experience supporting regulatory, risk, controls, or governance-related initiatives within a financial institution.

Project Management, Communication Skills

·         Proven experience leading and delivering complex cross-functional projects.

·         Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

·         Experience creating business requirements, policies, procedures, presentations, and other project documentation.

·         Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Technical Skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.
