About the Role
Join Corus Home Health in Albuquerque, where you'll deliver skilled, compassionate care that helps patients stay safe and independent at home. As a Registered Nurse on our close-knit team, you'll enjoy the autonomy of fieldwork, the support of a collaborative clinical team, and the opportunity to grow in a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Perform initial and ongoing assessments to develop and update personalized care plans
Deliver skilled nursing services and specialized procedures per physician orders
Complete timely, accurate documentation including OASIS assessments
Educate patients and families on safety, medications, and health conditions
Communicate with physicians regarding changes in patient condition
Supervise and support LPNs and HHAs, including conducting supervisory visits
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and participate in team conferences
Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Active RN license in the state of New Mexico
At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred)
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and home health regulations
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with reliable transportation
Current CPR certification
Compassionate communicator and collaborative team player
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
