Position: Staff Accountant
Salary: $65,000-$85,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Brookline with on-site parking

Responsibilities of the Corporate Accountant:
- Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate transaction coding.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules.
- Manage full cycle accounts receivable - invoicing, collections, cash applications, and donation reconciliations.
- Serve as primary contact for parents regarding billing and financial aid.
- Prepare financial aid worksheets and assist families with required documentation and appeals.
Background Expected of the Corporate Accountant:
- 1+ year(s) experience in an accounting position
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
