Position / Specialty: RN Cath Lab

Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out)

Years of experience required: 18 months Cath Lab experience required; 2 years preferred.

Certifications required: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Call required: Call is approx 9 shifts in a 5 week period

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Locals accepted: Y - Locals Same Rate

Pending License accepted: Y

RTO restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's 40 hrs for 8/10's

Special requirements: Experience in EP and Vascular preferred.

Smoke free facility: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
