About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 25 years running a company, giving me extensive experience in leadership, customer service, and building a successful team. Giving back is also important to us, and our agency stays actively involved in the local community throughout the year. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
