Asset & Wealth Manager for AI Training and Evaluation

Role Overview

Apply your investment management judgment to help evaluate and improve frontier AI models. Your professional standards and expertise will inform the criteria used to assess AI outputs in asset and wealth management.

This is an ongoing talent pool for future AI training and evaluation projects, not a current project assignment. Projects may begin on short notice, and matching opportunities depend on client needs and project availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Create investment cases or client scenarios based on your own mandate or book, including thesis, constraints, risk budget, and a reference answer for evaluating model responses.
• Assess AI generated portfolio construction, asset allocation, and tax strategies, including factor exposures, benchmark selection, withdrawal sequencing, and performance attribution.
• Identify recommendations that may appear sound in theory but would violate a real mandate or fail a client due to liquidity needs, concentration limits, drawdown tolerance, or time horizon.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in portfolio management, buy side research, multi asset allocation, financial planning, or private client advisory.
• Clear written communication and the ability to explain investment reasoning.
• Comfort working through ambiguous tasks and raising unclear instructions.
• Relevant backgrounds may include long only asset managers, mutual fund complexes, hedge funds, multi strategy platforms, pension, endowment, or sovereign allocators, private banks, wirehouse wealth management, registered investment advisors, multi family offices, and trust, estate, or fiduciary practices.
• Recent hands on decision making experience is more important than a specific firm name.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• Project invitations are sent to matching professionals in the pool. Each project listing identifies its rate, hours, and client, with selection decisions made for that specific assignment.
• This standing listing does not itself accept or reject candidates. A match may occur within a week or take several months, depending on active client projects.

Compensation

Comparable projects have paid $100 to $130 per hour, with the final rate set by each project’s scope and depth.

Eligibility

Complete registration once to remain eligible for matching across all networks for which you qualify. Completing the domain expert interview and joining each qualifying network may improve your likelihood of receiving a project invitation.
