ABA Therapist (RBT-Preferred) 1:1 Pediatric Therapy

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits Salary increase after 6 months $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Completed 40‑hour RBT training course Previous ABA experience preferred Excellent references RBT certification preferred; we can assist you in attaining RBT status Essential Skills and Characteristics Positive attitude and enthusiasm with children Reliable and dependable Responds well to constructive feedback Team‑oriented problem solver Strong desire to make a difference in a child's life Job Duties 1:1 therapy sessions Teach play skills and social skills Teach self‑help skills Document session outcomes Provide behavior support within group settings Ready to take the next step?
